INTRODUCTION
This page will be updated on a regular basis with information about the conference, so please bookmark it and come back regularly to view any updates. In the meantime please put the dates in your diary, this is going to be the biggest and best event since the LTSMG was formed in 1996 and the turnout is expected to be pretty high.
It will be a great opportunity for you to meet other LTSMG members and put faces to the names of those you have seen through discussions on the mailing list. Apologies to all football fans who don’t support The Gunners but don’t let that put you off coming to this event. SPONSORS
 The sponsors for the event will be SONY, AMX, TeamMate and U-Touch, who are very excited about this and look forward to meeting members of the LTSMG, demonstrating their wares and having a successful event. Without the sponsors we would not be able to hold it in such a fantastic conference venue.
LOCATION
This will be the first time a meeting has been held outside of a members institution and should be an easy venue for most members to get to. Click here to see a map to the stadium from the nearest underground stations and click here for the entrance to use when you get there.

Evening entertainment will be a "close up" magician who will mingle during the drinks reception performing magic, then during dinner between courses at the tables.
